Map Tools for Deputation and Furlough

One of our missionaries shared a new website tool with us: FreeMapTools.com. One feature specifically that may be a real help to missionaries who are traveling to many different churches is the “Measure Distance From Central Point To Many” tool. Anyone who wants to know how far away a list of addresses is from home (or from a temporary housing base) can use this to help with their planning. To use the tool, enter or paste in up to 30 addresses below the map, the enter the starting address to see a map view and a list of the distance from that central point. We hope this tool can help other missionaries as they work out travel schedules as well.
